Category 3 resorts require a minimum of 5 rooms staying at least 3 common nights. The complimentary room is awarded in the lowest category indicated in the “Room Night Commitment” and for a maximum of two (2) people. Private events such as ceremonies, cocktail parties and dinners are available at an additional charge. Playa Perks Social Group Rates are based upon Playa Resort’s prevailing promotions and rates in effect at time of request. Up to 25% of the block can be at single supplement rates, above 25% would require revenue approval and rate review. Hotel does not accommodate any type of student groups, including but not limited to spring break groups. Any leisure or social group that is predominantly comprised of guests under the age of 25, must be of a family nature where at least one parent stays in the room with their children. Any 1 or 2 night length of stay requests would be subject to hotel’s prevailing length of stay restrictions at time of booking. These rooms would not be eligible for consideration in the earning of complimentary rooms. Not combinable with other promotions.
