- You pay nothing as long as 36 rooms are paid in full and travel*
- If fewer than 36 rooms are paid in full, you can pay $2,000-$3,000 per unfilled room (depending on dates) to keep the full resort takeover

US and CAN Terms & Conditions: Offer valid for any social group not yet booked or confirmed with CelebrationTravel.com when group leader signs a group contract for 36 rooms between July 15, 2025 - December 31, 2025 for The Beachfront by The Fives Hotel from July 15, 2025 - December 19, 2027. Blackout dates of December 20, 2025 - January 3, 2026 and December 20, 2026 - January 3, 2027 apply.
A 4-night stay or longer is required for rooms to count toward the 36-room minimum. The group leader's complimentary Presidential Suite does not count toward the minimum. If fewer than 36 rooms are booked and paid in full at least 185 days prior to arrival, the group leader has the choice of either relinquishing the full resort takeover or paying a fee per unfilled room of $2,000 - $3,000 (based on travel dates). If full resort takeover is relinquished, the group leader may still receive a complimentary 4-night stay in a Presidential Suite plus a free private beach event, if at least 10 rooms are fully paid and traveled. All room rates in this document are in USD, based on a 4-night stay, and are all inclusive including all meals, drinks and taxes. Any event not utilized, or any portion thereof, will be forfeited and not carried over to be used during a future stay, and there will be no cash reimbursement. No cash refund will be given in lieu of taking advantage of this offer. Offer is non-transferable and cannot be extended beyond the applicable travel dates.
